Too Easy, Super Yummy Chicken Tacos
So for Christmas last year my mom got me a crockpot (not a big one, but I HAD been asking for one for 2 years and she FINALLY got me one). Up until I found this recipe, we had been using it for roasts and ham. I happened to stumble on this super easy recipe on Pinterest a couple weeks ago, and decided to give it a try. Here is my pic from the night we had these Crockpot Chicken Tacos:
Looks yummy right? Here is just how easy these are to make:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
1 medium jar of salsa (I think I used a 12oz jar)
Place everything in the crockpot, give it a quick stir to mix the seasoning into the salsa and to coat the chicken. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours. The chicken should shred easily with a fork when stirred when it's done. Shred it, put it on a tortilla, top as desired, and enjoy. See? Too easy, and soo super yummy!
Homemade Brownies..Mic'd in a coffee mug?
Ok so a friend of mine just showed me a picture of something on Facebook..and I have to tell ya, me being the person I am (loves things that don't take forever to make), I totally have to try this now. Brownies in a mug..microwaved no less 0.o. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about, all steps are included in the pic.
I'll test this out early next month and let ya know how they turn out. :)
*Thanks to Elisha Kinney for sharing this picture with me and to Mothers Against Spoiled Children (MASC) on Facebook*

Bzz...Glade Expressions Collection
Ok, so recently I was coerced (yeah you're right, convinced) to sign up for BzzAgent, which seems to be this really cool site that you can earn points for Mypoints.com AND sign up to test cool products.
Here's the kicker. I've only been a member for less than a month and I got invited (and accepted) to join my first campaign with them! Woot woot!
I don't know much about Glade products, only that I love most of the scents AND they usually do a pretty good job of masking unwanted odors in most of the rooms in my house. So, needless to say, I am pretty darn excited to see what products I get for this to try, and will update once I have received and smelled my way through them all. :)
